You can wear this dotted dress as a dress, or pull it farther down to wear it as a skirt of varying length. The top area is elastic, so the dress will fit you snugly. The dress also has hidden pockets sown into the side seams. Long, silk ribbons are attached to the sides, and can be tied in multiple ways to achieve different looks.
